Anyone using The BAHAMAN service, platform, or site must follow the following terms:

• You agreed to The BAHAMAN terms and condition when using our website.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to use The BAHAMAN's service.
• Users under 18 must have their guardian or parents’ permission to use the service.
• Anyone who uses The BAHAMAN is automatically assumed to have agreed to its terms and conditions.

Disputes and Indemnification

Anyone dispute our website or its products/services, it would get handled by the proper courts or arbitration. The BAHAMAN have the right to and will use appropriate legal counsel.

User Registration

Users must:

• Keep their credentials confidential.
• Everyone is responsible for keeping their usernames and passwords safe from others.
• You must contact The BAHAMAN immediately if you believe your credentials get stolen, or you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to their accounts.

Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities/Restrictions

We have the right to remove or delete any prohibited activities in our site, facebook page, telegram and other social media platforms for the followings:

• Removing or changing any trademark, copyright, or any other intellectual property notice
• Using any other user’s username or password
• Posting user content or registering usernames that are abusive, pornographic, offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or advocate violence
• Using The BAHAMAN for illegal activities
• Using the service to expose proprietary or confidential information of a third party or yourself that’s not intended to be shown to the world
• Copying or importing local files that you don’t have the legal rights to copy or import
• Scraping or crawling, whether by automated means or manually, to access, view, and collect information
• Reverse-engineering, dissembling, decompiling, modifying, or creating derivative works unless this restriction is specifically prohibited by applicable law
• Blocking advertisements or creating or distributing tools for blocking advertisements

Suspension and Termination

The BAHAMAN will suspend and/or terminate users for the following inappropriate behavior:

• Scammers or Fraudster who impersonate as The BAHAMAN Advocating violence
• Posting discriminatory, abusive, threatening, pornographic, or offensive content
• Using the platform or site for illegal activities
• Sending junk mail, spam, or chain letters
• Exposing another user’s personal information, including username(s) and password(s)

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify or remove the content or the services from time to time to comply with new laws or regulations or to update our offerings. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the services.

Nothing in these terms of use will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the services therewith.

CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services, at any time without prior notice.

SHIPPING, PAYMENTS, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped after full payment is received. We will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item only for Defect Item or Wrong Item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we are not bears postage fee for Sale item. We also DO NOT accept any return from Reject Item purchasing. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added into your refund.

Delays, damaged or stolen during shipment

Shipping delays, please contact us in writing, so we can help resolve by contacting the shipping company.
Please notify us in writing with pictures and/or video if the products get damaged during shipping
Please notify us in writing if you believe the packages get stolen after delivery. We will file a claim with the shipper. The claim is subject to the shipper claim policy and procedures.

Payments
We accept payment via the following options:

• Buy Now Pay Later
• Credit Card / Debit Card.
• Online Banking - FPX (Maybank2U, Cimb Clicks, etc.)
• E-Wallets

Returns/Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition, with ORIGINAL TAGS attached and all ORIGINAL PACKAGING with all tags intact and other components included, when accompanied by an original receipt/invoice or gift receipt. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

 You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it. We allow to exchange of purchased items for selectable variants subject to our stock avaiablity. We will ship the replaced item (s) to you once the exchange request is approved.

If your exchanged item (s) is/are greater value than the original item, you will be charged for the price difference. However, if your exchanged item (s) is/are lesser value than the original item, no refunds will be credited for the difference. Exchanged colour is not allowed via online but can be done at The Bahaman outlets.

Refunds 

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer banks policies.

Intellectual Property Notice

By agreeing to The BAHAMAN website terms and conditions, users are agreeing that:

We own these marks and ideas.
You will not sell, modify, rent, loan, share, or distribute our content in any way.
Anyone will not use you material in any manner except for noncommercial, personal uses.

We will remove any material that infringes users’ copyright according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
