All orders will be shipped after full payment is received. Shipment for pre-orders will be done after the products are ready to be shipped.

We use DhL as our main courier service.

International
We use Aramex as our main courier service or other courier company upon written request.

Shipping Costs (by weight)

• Cost for Peninsular Malaysia:

           The shipping costs will depend on weight of the products but the minimum cost for Peninsular Malaysia will be RM7 (minimum RM7)

• Cost for East Malaysia:

           The shipping costs will depend on weight of the products but the minimum cost for East Malaysia will be RM16 (minimum RM16)

Delays, damaged or stolen during shipment

• Shipping delays, please contact us in writing, so we can help resolve by contacting the shipping company.
• Please notify us in writing with pictures and/or video if the products get damaged during shipping
• Please notify us in writing if you believe the packages get stolen after delivery. We will file a claim with the shipper. The claim is subject to the shipper claim policy and procedures.
